Day One
You arrive at the International Airport where you are met by one of our My Sun Properties Representatives and taken to your hotel, where you will be given time to unpack and unwind. Following a short break, you will be collected from your hotel and taken to lunch or dinner in a nearby restaurant to get a feel of the area. Over the meal the details of the trip will be discussed along with any questions or concerns you may have. Our team will already have received your details prior to your trip and have set up a personalised itinerary for discussion.
Day Two
After breakfast, you will be taken to the first development on your itinerary. You will be shown the surrounding areas and discuss these as you travel through them, stopping where necessary to offer you a thorough explanation. After lunch in a nearby restaurant, you will visit more developments on your personalised itinerary and then taken back to your hotel to relax. You will then be picked up by our representative and taken to dinner to discuss what you have been shown that day.

Day Three
After breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel and taken to any properties you may wish to look at again. After lunch at a local restaurant, you can visit more properties if required, or perhaps have a discussion regarding reservations and contracts if this is appropriate. You will then be driven back to the hotel to unwind before being taken out to dinner, or you may dine alone if you prefer.
Day Four
Following breakfast, you will be taken to the airport if you have an early flight. By the fourth day it is hoped you will have decided on a property and will want to proceed with your purchase. If so we can arrange for you to have a discussion with a legal representative. Following this, you will be given the opportunity to return to any areas of interest before returning to your hotel to pack for your flight back home. Our representative will then take you to the airport, having checked that we have the right contact details including mobile telephone numbers.
We also offer a full after sales service which includes help with appointing a legal representative, furniture shopping and general translating etc.
The price of a personalised viewing trip is just GBP £119.00 per person, which is fully refundable upon your purchase of a property.
